THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST…I was traveling today Saturday 4 hours away from home when the rear tire began having tread separation and losing air…..I CALLED NUMEROUS TIRE DEALERS in the Knoxville and surrounding areas and no one had a like tire in stock ….everything had to be ordered and I would just have to wait until Monday morning and MAYBE they could help me…requiring me to stay two days to have them service me….My last call in desperation was made to FISHERS TIRES N. BROADWAY KNOXVILLE and after checking on A new replacement tire he said he just did not have one and I ask if he had any suggestions to anywhere in town I may find one that I was really in a bad fix….he thought for a miniute or two and said hold on for a second…came back and said he had a take off tire the same size if I thought that would help…..I said absolutely that should get me home and told him where I was at and he said I was 30mins when his shop…..he said they would be closing soon but would take care of me if I was coming….THEY WAITED FOR ME TO GET THERE ….AND REPLACED THE BAD TIRE…..every one was so nice and you could not ask for BETTER SERVICE…..KNOXVILLE YOU HAVE A WINNER SHOP THESE GUYS FOR ALL YOUR TIRE NEEDS

I have been here a handful of times. Once for brakes and the service man told me I didn’t need them and didn’t charge for a diagnosis! Another time my car was on its last leg and once again, a diagnosis for no charge as they weren’t able to fix the car! They are honest and very reasonable!

Took my car in for brakes today. Got a call regarding my brakes, asking me what exactly was wrong with the brakes. I told him they were squishy and repairman said both brakes were fine! No brakes needed! What honesty! Lots of places would have sold me hook line and sinker! Not Fishers!! I will be going back!

I WOULD RECOMEND FISHER TIRE FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE RELATED NEEDS. I PURCHASED TIRES. GREAT SERVICE, THEY HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK, THEY MOUNTED THE TIRES AS REQUESTED, THEY HAD COFFEE , DRINKS AND SNACKS WHILE YOU WAITED. ALL EMPLOYES WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.
