The best advertising is by word of mouth. I am so thankful for a gentleman I met a few years ago in a parking lot. In our conversation he talked about Fisher Tire and sang their praises. Since that time we can't say enough "kudos" to an excellent team of people. From the initial greeting on the phone... you can feel the smile...to the warm greeting at the door. Shane Fox has been my main contact and "go to" person. He represents the company with professionalism, knowledge and integrity to provide the best product/service to his customer. He's a great listener and worked with me to make the best decisions for our circumstances. They don't sell just tires and other services, but provide excellent service after the sale. We are amazed and thoroughly happy with Shane and other team members I've been in contact...they are on the front line and the face of the company. We also wish to thank and recognize Gary, the manager, and his team because all those employees we have been in touch with gives us peace of mind when we're on the road. This is a very popular business & it is rarely not busy. That's a clear indication of quality service, which you'll get. I've been going there years & years and I attest to the wonderful things about Fisher Tire North.

ATTENTION TRAVELERS: Fisher Tire diagnosed and fixed a broken tie rod on my beloved 350CLK Mercedes Convertible. They also changed the oil, and fixed a running light that was out. Mercedes wanted almost 2k to do the work. Fisher Tire did all of the above for a little over 4 hundred dollars, and took 2 hours to do it. Mercedes place couldn't even look at it until Monday August 21st. Amazing effort, and customer service at Fisher Tire They knew I was from out of town, and afforded me every courtesy and kindness. I left with Ruby purring like a kitten, after I had pulled in in limp mode two hours earlier. Fantastic effort Fisher Tire gang in Farragut on Kingston Pike. I'll be taking Ruby there for all my service needs in the future!

Talk about integrity! I had a tire rotation service done by them on my truck a few months ago. When I needed to do the same out of state where I was on duty, I was told by more than one shop that there was a problem and I would be charged a huge amount to rectify it. I had my mom come pick up my truck and take it back to Fisher. They acknowledged there was a problem and corrected it. It took them a day and a half of labor but they did not charge me anything! I am impressed by their willingness to own up to the problem and correct it. It is awesome to be able to trust folks. I shall definitely go back to them and highly recommend them for your auto needs-they will not cheat you!
