I have been to Fishers Tire on Broadway for service for the past 3 years at least 2 or 3 times a year. I do most of my own work and know about my vehicles. But at times time dosent allow me to do the work myself. The work done on my front end work done on my truck was not only extensive and labor intense .But the truck is 30 years old and nothing came apart easily.They had my truck for 2 days and it was like brand new when I picked it up. I have purchased 3 sets of tires and have had other work done. The people at Fisher are the best in the area. Everyone from the Front desk to the shop. Couldn't ask for Better people ,service and Honesty.

The Fisher tire at Kingston Pike is a great ,honest dealership. I bought a Mercedes from the local Knoxville dealer and even though my new car came with a warranty, I use Fisher tire for many of the problems I have with the car. I came in today with a broken windshield wiper after being ignored by the Mercedes Dealer here in West Knoxville. Dan answered the phone at Fisher and told me to come right over. They fixed my windshield wiper for free and I was on my way--no waiting and the staff was kind and helpful. I also bought tires from them last year for the same car after the Mercedes dealer told me it would be several days to get them in. Fisher had them the next morning and installed them quickly and competently. They are an excellent business and I have recommended this location to friends.

I showed up early this morning and they had everything finished for me in a couple of hours. I appreciate knowing they check my tires, top off my fluids and do other small checks that I would surely forget about. My car had been doing some squeaking so they checked her over and did some greasing for me. Always pleasant, easy going people. As a single woman who does not know much about cars I feel safe bringing my car into them.

My 2003 Mustang had a tire vibration that a shop near me could not correct. I called Fisher Tire and spoke with Gary and we arranged for me to have the vehicle there early this morning. Gary was in lot when I arrived and we discussed the issue. The vehicle was immediately taken in and was a pleasure to drive on the way home. I cannot remember when I have had a more satisfying visit to a repair facility of any type. There was no extra talk and no trying to sell me something I did not need. The professionalism was something that is far too rare in these times. One thing is certain, Fisher Tire will remain in my memory when work is needed in the future.

Had a slow leak in one tire and a second tire was low. Was visiting the UT campus so called Fisher. Was told they could take care of us but it would take 2.5 hours. They repaired the nail holes in one tire and removed the second tire to examine it. The tech (Vern) went above and beyond. Was done in 45 minutes and only cost $25 Superb people and business.
