I have been a customer of Fisher Tire for 25 years and always bring our families personal cars and my old Corvettes and Camaro's to you for all of my auto needs. Excellent service and repairs but my best experience has always been the friendly employees and owners at Fisher!
Fisher Tire are my "go to" guys. They are always fair, honest and timely. They earned my trust. They treat me with respect and don't talk down to me. I go to them first no matter what the symptom is because they are always up front and have told my children to do the same.
I am a regular Fisher Tire customer and came in this morning, Saturday, at 7:58 AM to get a nail in my tire repaired. Y'all had a new guy on the desk, and he told me I had to have an appointment any day of the week. So I came on down to Firestone. I understand if you are short staffed and require an appointment, but you all should have signs up saying that and also have it clearly posted on your website. While I'm offering some constructive criticism, your guy Ron is consistently surly and borderline rude. You may be losing me as a customer.

Jeff this is Ray Fisher the one that waited on you this morning and am sorry that we couldn't get you in because we had customers that had made appointments in advance. We stay busy with just 5 bays to work out of and unfortunately have to work on appointments now. Sorry you are disappointed.
This is not necessarily a complaint but I went to this location today after I was told you were open until 2:00. I arrived at 1:40 and was told it was too late for service. I ended up having to go somewhere else and just thought you would like to know about the lost revenue.
Sorry Scott but at 1:40 when we close at 2:00 really doesn't give us enough time to really do much work on a car. Hope we can help you in the future but will need 30 to 45 minutes to do any kind of work and the last 20 minutes od the day is usually when we are finishing up the rest of the work for the day.
