I was very thankful for the great service I had yesterday. I have not lived in Knoxville long and this was my first visit to Fisher Tire. I had a screw in one of my tires and came in to get it fixed. But when they discovered that the screw had not punctured/damaged the tire they sent me on my way without charging me a thing. That's great service. I was very pleased.

I just want to thank yall for taking care of my family. My tire blew out and was flat. I called to ask if you had the right tires , the owner actually took the time to talk to me on the phone. He met me and my family upon arrival and removed the spare and put on the new tire on my truck personally! I needed a specific tire and didn't have much funds due to traveling across the country. Then when I Amazing buisness ethics and kindness!

West Tennessee resident referred by friend for tire replacement following flat on I-40. Gave me options in choice of tire. Tire was not in inventory. David R. made call ordering tire and told me it would be there in about 3 hours plus time for mounting on rim. He recommended rotating tires to place old tires on front for more smooth ride. I left to visit my grandson whose wife was in labor waiting for the birth of my great grandson. He called when the job was completed. The job was completed to my satisfaction and the receipt included a comment of congratulations for the birth of my great grandson. In addition he provided treats for my dog. I will return to this business if tire problems occur when in this area. I highly recommend this business

I am a regular Fisher Tire customer and came in this morning, Saturday, at 7:58 AM to get a nail in my tire repaired. Y'all had a new guy on the desk, and he told me I had to have an appointment any day of the week. So I came on down to Firestone. I understand if you are short staffed and require an appointment, but you all should have signs up saying that and also have it clearly posted on your website. While I'm offering some constructive criticism, your guy Ron is consistently surly and borderline rude. You may be losing me as a customer.
